PROPRIETARY CLEANING PROCESS

At Departed Soles, crafting a proper Gluten Free Beer begins with making sure all equipment is not only clean and sanitary, but free from beer stone, hop sediment, yeast particles, and protein residue, which may contain gluten. On top of standard CIP processes, we use a custom blend of cleaning chemicals to ensure all tanks, hoses, pipes, etc. cannot transmit gluten into our products brewed with 100% Gluten Free Ingredients
CERTIFIED GLUTEN-FREE INGREDIENTS

Our heart and 'sole' goes in to every recipe we put out, and you'll never find a GF beer with our name on it that we don't think would cut it with a gluten drinking customer. In order to do that, we work with world class ingredient suppliers, all of whom certify the grain, yeast, and other options Gluten Free, and handle it properly, free from contamination risk. Many are even organic! These beers aren't reduced, or removed
DEDICATED EQUIPMENT

Ensuring that a beer brewed with 100% Gluten Free Ingredients stays free from contamination is no joke. We understand the health risk, and are heavily invested in protecting you. Two of our Fermenters have never seen Gluten-Beer, and we have a dedicated canning line setup for our options brewed with 100% GF Ingredients. All equipment goes through our proprietary cleaning process, including the dedicated gluten free draft lines.
OPTIONS BREWED WITH 100% GLUTEN FREE INGREDIENTS
Gluten Free Craft Beer fans deserve options, and damn good ones! You shouldn't have to travel through the gum drop forest or traverse a rickity red bridge to get something to consume, and "good" or "palatable," should not be acceptable! Our Gluten Free Friends deserve the quality, flavor, and variety that the industry is known for. As such, all of our options brewed with 100%Gluten Free Ingredients rotate throughout the year and season. We do our best to keep our flagship, GoodbIPA: Four My Homie in cans and kegs year round, but all others rotate in terms of availability.
